Cancellation & Appointment Policy • Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full treatment. • If you are running late, contact me ASAP. Your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment will be considered a no-show and may be subject to a fee. • Cancellations & Rescheduling: A 48-hour notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a charge. • Minors receiving a treatment must have parental or guardian consent. • Please silence your phone during your session to fully relax and enjoy your treatment. • Photos are welcome!
