✨ Cancellation & Appointment Policy Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full length of your treatment. • If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. Your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s time, and the full service fee will still apply. • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the service price. Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service price. • Same-day cancellations, last-minute cancellations, or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. ⸻ Additional Information • Minors receiving treatments must have parental or guardian consent. • Please silence your phone during your session to fully relax and enjoy your treatment. • Photos are welcome!
